Здравствуйте, дом новый, находиться рядом с красивейшим парком Айвазовское в тихом месте. Дом состоит из 2 зон отдыха, на крыше смотровая с местом для приятного отдыха всей семьёй. Также есть озеленение площадка, где можно пожарить шашлык. Состоит из двух комнат. Вместимость до 6 чел.
В 100 м. магазин. Пиццерия. Кафе. Остановка до Ялты. Алушты.
Замечательная большая набережная с бесплатными ухоженными пляжами, до них 1 км. 200 м. Так же три парка: Карасан. Утес. Айвазовское. Расскажу, как можно бесплатно пройти. Так же водим на экскурсию на Медведь-гору.
В доме всё необходимое есть. Чисто, уютно. Приятное постельное бельё.
