До моря 7 минут пешком. Место для курения во дворе. Дом находится в самом центре Партенита. Рядом санаторий «Крым», магазины, кафе, почта, пляж, детская площадка, автостанция.

Advantages:

Отличный номер и очень заботливый, внимательный хозяин. Сразу после бронирования сам вышел на связь, чтобы ответить на вопросы, если они у нас возникнут. Мы немного заблудились при подъезде к дому, он вышел нас встретить на дорогу. Заселение моментально. Есть место под авто. В номере есть абсолютно всё, включая кухонную посуду и технику. Отдыхали в январе на каникулах. Нам очень понравилось. 😊
