Advantages:

Близко к морю, и магазинам рынку инфраструктуре. Фото соответствуют. Все что нужно для проживания всё есть.

Disadvantages:

Сушилка для вещей её желательно заменить так как краска с неё облазит и на вещах остаётся ржавчина которую очень сложно отстирать. Да и депозит в 5000 т.р никто не возвращает.
