Advantages:

Расположение очень удачное, никуда в гору мы не лезем и обратно на попе не скатывается. Рядом ярмарка с молочным продуктами, магазин продуктовый "яблоко" и рынок где можно взять домашнюю молочку и мясо. До моря 3 мин. На пляже кафе, цены приемлемые. В 2х остановках парк Айвазовское, советуем к посещению.
